Bright Minds Kindy Readiness engages 3-5 year olds in a dynamic learning environment that seamlessly combines the world of learning with a world of play. By doing so, we aim to bridge the gap from preschool to primary school, making them ready for a world of learning.

We do this by delving into the foundations of reading, writing and simple math skills. Our school readiness program is designed to present a range of problem solving based activities that challenge and extend their creativity and imagination, whilst developing a strong foundation in their literacy and numeracy skills.

Since our educators have come from a tutoring background, along with their experience in childcare education, our program is dedicated to preventing the foundational mistakes we have experienced in our time of teaching.

They have lots of resources and they are very well prepared for the activities of the day. The kids learn a lot through play with a focus on literacy, numeracy, fine motor skills, and role play. Another thing we love about this school readiness place compared to other places is that we can sit in the waiting area and watch/ listening to what’s going on.   • This program is created for 3 to 5 year olds that are commencing school within the next 2 years and are looking at enhancing their numeracy and literacy skills prior to starting school.

  • The program is crafted by a team of early childhood, primary and high school teachers and tutors that are dedicated to focusing on the skills and knowledge that are foundational for the rest of the young schoolers learning journeys. Our team of qualified teachers with over 30 years of experience, are committed to focusing on reading and writing, the two most important aspects that will set our young learners up for a lifetime of learning.

  • Throughout our years of teaching, we have found that children are learning basic numeracy and literacy skills much later in their childhood, making all the other necessary learning skills much more difficult to acquire. By tackling these skills early on, we hope to equip our young learners with a strong foundation that will only excel throughout their learning adventure.

  • The children will learn teamwork, collaboration, cooperation and confidence whilst engaging in a range of individual and group activities aimed at enhancing their numeracy, literacy, creativity, wellbeing and STEM skills. Our lessons are guided by the NSW Early Learning Curriculum and The Early Years Learning Framework.

  • The classes will be located at our centre at Level 1/135 Kings Rd, Five Dock NSW.

  • The Bright Minds learners require a bag with their

    • Morning Tea

    • Water Bottle

    • Change of Clothes.

    • Lunch (for full-day learners)

    We encourage their morning tea and lunch to exclude nuts.
