TermS and Conditions
1. Agreement Overview:
By enrolling, you agree to these terms and conditions, including payment, cancellation, and membership policies.
2. Membership Terms:
Membership begins upon enrolment and is a fortnightly commitment for classes.
Membership fees are non-refundable, even if you don't attend.
You must update your personal and billing information when it changes.
You may terminate your membership it anytime with two weeks notice in writing.
3. Payment & Fees:
Fees are paid via direct debit and are non-refundable unless stated.
You may request a membership freeze for up to 6 weeks per year for $5/week, but can't cancel during this freeze.
If you cancel, you must wait 3 months to re-enrol.
Payments continue until cancellation is confirmed.
4. Cooling-Off Period:
New memberships are subject to a 10-day cooling-off period, where you can cancel for a full refund, unless classes have been attended.
5. Class Bookings & Cancellations:
Classes must be pre-booked; cancellations must occur at least 4 hours before classes.
No make-up sessions for missed classes without early notice
6. Termination:
You may cancel with 2 weeks’ notice; membership terminates after the notice period.
Bright Minds can terminate your membership for breaches of agreement, unpaid fees, or inappropriate behavior.
Unpaid fees must be settled immediately, including any additional charges.
7. Privacy & Personal Information:
Your personal information will be collected and used for processing membership, payments, and communication.
Bright Minds may use third-party services for payment processing, and you consent to sharing your information with them.
8. Intellectual Property:
All educational content, including lesson plans and materials, is owned by Bright Minds.
Members have a license to use materials only for their educational needs and must not distribute them.
9. Media & Promotions:
You consent to the use of photographs and videos of you or your child for promotional purposes by Bright Minds.
